I first heard Jimmy on Radio 2. I was impressed and reassured by his professional, friendly, honest manner, which he maintains throughout. Each job has been finished to high standard which Jimmy closely over sees & checks for standards and customer satisfaction. He and his team have a great positive approach to each job and use their knowledge and experience to address additional problems as they arose. Nothing was too much trouble. As customers we were given every opportunity to consult on each job & provided with breakdown of work & cost. Jimmys commitment to keeping the cost down enabled us to complete more jobs. "We recently employed James Foy Construction (JFC) to undertake a large building project which comprised a loft (dorma) conversion and a single storey extension to the rear and side of the property to include the construction of a large conservatory, kitchen extension, adding a new utility room and downstairs bathroom and demolishing the original detached garage and rebuilding it adjoining it to the property.

Like most people about to undertake a building project we were apprehensive about choosing a builder. However, once Jimmy and his Team sprung into action we were quickly reassured by the quality and standard of their work that JFC was a professional outfit. The guys were all friendly, hardworking and very clean and tidy. Jimmy’s 30 years of experience in the building industry is clear to see, he certainly ‘knows his stuff’. Jimmy overseen every aspect of the project and was always on hand to offer his expert knowledge and experience from start to finish. With a project on this scale there were aspects of the build that needed modifying and Jimmy liaised with us throughout, even suggesting ideas to ensure that the finished design was to our requirements and specifications.

We are delighted with the finished build and in particular the quality and standard of the workmanship undertaken. We would like to say a huge thank you to Jimmy, his ‘right hand man’ Danny and all the guys involved in making us the home we always dreamed of having and also for the lots of laughter we shared along the way.
